An Online Poetry Workshop

Ten Penny Players, Inc. invites participation in an Internet based poetry workshop -- Streams On Line -- designed and hosted by lrw.net.

SOL is an easy to use Internet program where in addition to writing original poetry, participants comment on the work of their peers, while they in turn receive comments on their work by poets, peers, and teachers.

Workshops are open only to registered participants who receive user ids and passwords. Writers wishing to set up a workshop or register for an existing workshop should inquire by emailing Ten Penny Players.

Registered participants who write 21 poems will be considered for publication in individual poetry chapbooks.

Poets and New York State licensed teachers supervise all work on the Internet.

There is limited enrollment. When a teacher enrolls his or her entire class, the teacher shares online supervision with Waterways staff. Waterways will do professional development for teachers, students and parents.
